Holistic health and natural personal care products are not just a fad; they are here to stay. And here's why: they provide more nutrients to your skin and hair, without the negative side effects of chemical fillers. However, until they become more mainstream, they tend to be on the expensive side.

That's why I'm letting you in on a secret: homemade spa treatments you can whip up in your kitchen, with whatever you have handy. They are cheap, easy, and nothing provides superior results!

If you don't see what you need here, leave a comment, and I'll be sure to answer your request with recipes from my own personal collection.

Enjoy!

I agree. Besides, natural is better for you anyway. It may cost a little more but it's worth it in the long run.

omg you have got to try this i've been searching the internet all day looking for solutions and i've found a great one that have worked for me.

1.First wash your face twice per day with pure water. Warm water is more ideal since oil does not dissolve in water. Making the water warm will help to better remove oils from our face which leads to zits. Rub gently in circular motion. If you have very oily skin, you may want to consider using a gently face wash that also contains salicylic acid to exfoliate your skin and prevent it from drying out.

2.After you are done washing your face, use a gentle moisturizer to keep your skin glowing and beautiful.

3.If you have a very big zit, you can put an ice pack on it every 30 minutes and hold it there for at least two minutes. This will prevent swelling and redness and also prevent the area from becoming inflamed.

4.Another thing you could do, is to make a paste of orange peels with water and apply on the face. Zits will disappear within 2 days.

hope i've helped ,and i hope your acne free xxxxx
