Low fat????It has milk, butter, oil and sugar..lol
These are the easiest things to make ever and the taste was very moist and delicious. Definitely a keeper. Going to try to make them with gluten free flour.
Made these last night as a substitute birthday cake for my dad that recently had a heart attack. I took the oil out completely for the same amount of apple sauce and they were excellent. So that would bring the fat down to practically nothing.
Thank you for such a really simple and tasty recipe.
OMG pecan! I love pecan and this recipe you gave is simply awesome. Thank you very much!

Hi, thanks for such great hub. I am gonna try this in about half an hour from now :D
Thank you Thank you Thank you!
the recipe is great. to cut down on calories a bit more i used wheat flour and i cut the sugar down a tad, used 1/2 cup of applesauce instead of oil, and added a 1/2 teaspoon of molasses, 1/4 tsp of vanilla, and a dash of ginger to the mix. it tastes great.
for the topping i used low cal margarine and added a bit of vanilla as well. it too, taste great.
thanks for a good recipe.
I'm so glad I ran across this hub. All of these sound really yummy. Have to try the Chocolate Spice one. You can't go wrong with chocolate.

The milk is fat-free, and sugar contains no fat. ;) I made no claims that these recipes were low-sugar, but you can always substitute a sugar substitute if you like.
