Laughing too hard at some of the names/foods to comment properly. I just HAVE TO pass the link for this hub around! Thanks for sharing.
Barf Menu Pet Food :o)
hahahahahahahahahahah lol
Very helpful tips
i can't find any cool ones
Bimbo sells products here in the midwest US. We have Bimbo breads and baked goods. They recently built a bakery in my town also.
@barr, in English "cock" is a slang term for male genitalia.
nothing finny about the "Cok" (Russian drink). Its not even the name.???- is translated like juice.
Hey, those pickled dills called "Krapai" are from Lithuania... :))
Ha ha ha! I had to force myself not to burst out laughing! WOW that is hilarious!
Buitoni has a premade pizza dough in Switzerland which is called "extradick" / which in German means extra thick HAHAHA
so cool
To correct the correction...........Bimbo is also sold in Spain :o)
Oh my xD I was feeling really sad a few minutes ago.. but now im Laughing so hard XD
Well , the last one the russain COK is in cyrilic , in english it will be leterrally translated into juice , you`ll have to pronounce it with an S instead of the C - it will sound like that [S:oK]
cok is in cyrilic alphabet so it latin, i.e. english letters will be ''sok''...still funny tho
oops, this is funny!it seems like a drum.
Ha ha. That's funnnny. Especially when you have the pics that goes with it.
OMG we have chilly willy in my fridge!!!
karaip - is lithuanian.
Wow, who knew there were so many crazzzzzzzzzzy names!
Thanks :D
Kim
Even I cannot use VODA PHONE
Awesome and really hilarious....
It's too bad when you know only your language :(( but you can laugh at that
Sudyti krapai is from Lithuania...
l0olololol.
Ha ha ha. the fart juice drink was so funny. love you baby
iiiiiiiiiiii
Really enjoyed the collection hehe! Another one to add might be the Japanese drink ''Pocari Sweat''
Hey Maddie, you gathered nice list here.
But there is mistake. Talking about pickled dill from Turkey. Actually they are from Lithuania. You can check out, "krapai" is dill in lithuanian, not a product name (if interested - s?dyti means salted).
And "cok" is juice in rusian.
Bwahahahahhahaaaaa. Absolutely brilliant, Maddie. I also love finding items with strange names as I wander through the shops. It's amazing what you find when you keep your eyes open. Funny signs are another category where one can have a good laugh.
Hi,Some good stuff on here, made me laugh. Thought I might point out I discovered some boiled sweets from an auto dispenser in Munich, Germany. All that was written on the wrapper was "FUCK". Perhaps you could verify this. It was in 1985 though, so maybe they've had a name change. Cheers for the laughs. Rusty.
Very good some of them. Can anyone help me as I'm new to this. How do you add your hubs to a specific category? Most of my stuff is comedy so I'd like a way to add my writing to that.
the internet is amazing.
In Hawaii they have the Donkeyball store. It sell half ass balls, snow balls, creamin screamin balls, salty balls and so on. real fun shop
try to find barfy burgers. from argentina.
Hilarious list, thanks for putting it together. They have Bimbo bread in Latin America too; it's actually a company based in Mexico.
Name: Krapai
Product: Pickled Dill
Country: Turkey
It's wrong. That's from Lithuania...
the eruktus drink is disturbing
the last one "cok" is pronounced sok...
Funny list. Karapai, however, is not turkish. It is Lithuanian I think. Çemen is turkish but the letter Ç is pronounced as "ch". Still, it would read "cemen" in english speaking world.
plopp chocolate bars actualy come from Sweden home of Pricks cakes and Viol and Spunk sweets : )
Gotta love it! Great Stuff
This was really cute. I enjoyed it--thank you!
this is the best
Great list! I love finding this funny product names while travelling. I recently moved to Spain and posted one of my finds on my blog, Buguis - precooked hamburgers filled with dots of cheese.
My favorite is the Doobys Cereal from Chile - have to order some of that!
Well done - thanks for the laughs!
I can't believe the German candy Dickman's isn't up there.
Especially the way the things look.

This was great, truely made my day!
Thanks for this site!!!
Very funny names. I like the Bimbo Sandwich.
We get Bimbo brand bread all the time. I guess it's very big in all of Latin America. They sell it in the US too. It shouldn't be too hard to find, especially if you live near a Latin American neighborhood.
good stuff. i know what i'm doing today - gonna get me a bimbo sandwich and finish off with a krapai
Pretty entertaining, I've heard of a couple of these.
OMG that is hilarious.
funny stuff... and I think we all like the "finest paris brest" as long as its not from a "dickmilch". :-)
um wow what a collection lol
that was the best haha doobys!
All fairly infantile - another example of the isolationist vacuum that American live in.
In Turkish, the letter "ç" (as in çemen) is pronounced as "ch", so the name of the product is pronounced "chemen".
In Bangladesh still one international big phone company couldn't start their business only for the name "VODA PHONE" Cause in Bengali Language VODA means Female sex organ ...... lol
BY the way, Cockburns port is pronounced "Coburns"!
I have now been provided with my laugh of the day. Great hub! Passing it along to those I know will appreciate it. Kudos!
I'm just off for a nice cold 'Fart' and a 'Crap' bar. :)
Best laugh I've had in ages, I'm going to tell all my friends. 'Fart' means 'Good Luck' in Polish?? I can't say that any of mine have been lucky for anyone, as they say, it's an ill wind that blows nobody any good!!!
FANTASTIC! My mother is Polish...I need to call her right now!
This is too funny. I have a "farty" friend who might enjoy knowing that in Poland her productions translate to good luck!
Best,
granite_butterfly
Maddie! What a hoot...I'm still laughing.
I love the funny hubs the best
regards Zsuzsy
Japan is a hilarious place for finding things like these. We have many a funny picture of hilarious signs in English there.
FArt means Good Luck? - Wonderful!! :)
Great collection. Thanks for the great pics.
LOL! This was great!
This was funny :)
Priceless! Thanks for the laughs.
Thanks for the correction! I'll update that right away.
hiiiii amazing collection u hv here!! i just hv to point out that the 1st commercial about the Bimbo sandwich is not from Spain but from Portugal!!
real funny
loool!! this is soo funny!
I lived in Poland and asked my students if they knew what "FART" meant in English. (In Polish it means "good luck") They laughed when I translated.
I also saw a bottle of soda called "BIG DICK" in Poland. I bought it and gave it to a friend who proudly displays it in the bar he works at in Amsterdam (Spijker).
