My favorite recipe site is the foodnetwork.com. The comments and recipe reviews are super helpful.
For restaurant reviews and finding a great restaurant nearby, I can't think of a service that's better than Yelp.
For delivery, I go to grubhub.com, it gives a similar star rating as yelp, but it makes finding delivery and pickup options really nice. There is a grubhub competitor that's bigger on the east coast, but it slips my mind.
I've also had good experiences on chowhound, and of course, I follow food on HubPages.
Also interesting, is sharing cookbooks with friends. The Family Meal, America's Test Kitchen and How to Grill fill specific needs in my cooking life that I love to share with friends.

It's declined a little in the last few years, but I think chowhound is still the #1 place for real hardcore foodies.

Pinterest.com isn't necessarily interactive (although you can vote for "pins" and leave comments on them) but it's a terrific place to discover new recipes. Since Pinterest focuses on images, you can see at a glance if there are recipes you'd like to save to your pinboards. It's highly addictive!
And Rouxbe.com isn't primarily a social networking site but it provides interaction with both instructors and members, right alongside their expert professional-level cooking training. I was fortunate enough to have a chance to try it for free through a cooking club and I can tell you that it's a truly amazing site.
